How working together goes
It starts with a call. We talk, I look at how your shop works today, and then the fix is built for your shop.
Three steps
- Book a call. On the call, it's you and me. I'll listen first.
- Show me your setup. I'll ask how your shop quotes today, and where the hours go.
- Get a fix built for your shop. What it looks like depends on how you work today. I'll tell you straight whether I can help.
What waiting costs
A quote that goes out days after the walk-through gives the customer those days to call someone else.
The hours don't come back either. Every estimate written at night is an evening gone, after a full day on site.
Try this with your own week: count the quotes you sent, and the nights you spent writing them.
What it costs
Estimates written at night
The launch price is on the home page, under What it costs.
Best for: electrical shops with a crew in the field, where the owner or an estimator writes the quotes.
What's included
- One problem: quotes that go out days after the walk-through
- One to two weeks, starting when you say go
Questions
What exactly do you build?
It depends on how you work today; we figure that out on the call.
Does this work for commercial bids from drawings?
It's built for jobs you walk and quote, like service work and smaller projects. Big takeoffs from plan sets are a different problem, and they aren't part of this.
I work alone. Is this for me?
It's built for shops with a crew in the field, where the owner or an estimator writes the quotes. If you're solo, I'll tell you on the call whether it's worth it for you.
What happens to client drawings and specs?
If a client's drawings or specs fall under confidentiality terms, they stay out of consumer AI.
How will I know it's working?
We count first: hours from site visit to quote sent, and estimates written after hours. Then we count again once the new way is running.
Start with a call
Tell me how a quote gets from your walk-through to your customer today. You can also look through the common problems first.
If something else is on your plate, bring it to the call.
